Child Safety Standards
ALTCNTRL explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all forms across its apps and services. These published standards apply to ALTCNTRL’s social and dating applications on Google Play, including user profiles, messages, media, and other user-generated content.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Explicit prohibition of CSAE
ALTCNTRL has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Users must not create, upload, publish, share, request, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child. For these standards, a child is any person under 18 years of age.
This prohibition includes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): images, videos, or other visual depictions of child sexual abuse or exploitation, including computer-generated depictions. Such content is prohibited even when presented as a joke, role-play, or purportedly consensual activity.
2. Age restrictions
ALTCNTRL’s social and dating applications are intended for adults aged 18 and older. People under 18 must not create accounts or use these applications. Users must not misrepresent their age or help a minor access an adult-only service.
If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we investigate and remove the account as appropriate. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are prohibited on ALTCNTRL apps and services:
- Creating, possessing for distribution, uploading, sharing, selling, or requesting CSAM, or linking users to such material.
- Grooming a child, including building trust with a child to facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Sexual solicitation of children, sexual conversations directed at children, or requests for sexual images or videos of children.
- Sexual extortion (sextortion), threats, coercion, or blackmail involving a child or a child’s intimate imagery.
- Child sex trafficking, arranging sexual access to a child, or promoting or facilitating the sexual exploitation of children.
- Using profiles, messages, groups, or external links to encourage, normalise, or coordinate CSAE.
4. Content removal and enforcement
ALTCNTRL reviews reports of suspected CSAE and takes action when we become aware of prohibited content or conduct. Actions may include removing or disabling access to content, restricting accounts during investigation, and permanently terminating accounts responsible for violations.
We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority, as required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful requests from child-protection and law-enforcement authorities and preserve relevant information where legally required.
These standards apply regardless of whether the conduct takes place in public content or private interactions within our services.
5. Reporting a child safety concern
Report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or an underage account to altcntrl.x64@gmail.com or call +91 79944 61589. You can also use the app’s reporting or support options where available.
Include the app name, relevant account or profile identifier, the date of the incident, and a brief description so we can locate and investigate the concern. Do not download, attach, or forward suspected CSAM; provide identifiers or the location of the content instead.
Child safety reports are prioritised for review. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement directly.
6. Guidance for parents and guardians
If you believe a child has accessed an ALTCNTRL adult-only application or is being targeted through one of our services, contact us using the details below. Include the app name and relevant account information so we can investigate.
Parents or guardians may also contact us about the removal of an underage account and associated personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
